New yoga schedule

All classes are $15 and all levels are welcome.

Be sure to sign up online (sanctuaryhealthpilsen.com) to reserve your spot. The entrance to the studio is on 19th St– not the main entrance on Racine Ave. Please bring your own mat and water bottle!

Fridays 7-8pm: Tender Yoga with Cherrelle Gipson

Tuesdays 7-8pm & Saturdays 10:30-11:30am: Yin Yang Yoga with Jean Edrada

Tender Yoga with Cherrelle is an all-levels trauma informed yoga practice that involves elements of Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga. At Tender Yoga, Cherrelle assists students in cultivating a collective space for metabolizing stress where students can expect to engage in dynamic movement with some longer holds and deeply restorative postures.

Yin Yang Yoga with Jean is a practice that combines Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga. It is an all-levels class that guides students to listen to the sensations, signals and messages of the bodies: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. Students can expect to be affirmed, challenged, encouraged, and relaxed.
