Massage therapy is a hands-on healing modality that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Our muscles and fascia hold onto patterns created by poor posture, injuries, and stress, which can lead to chronic tension and pain. Massage therapy helps release these holding patterns, restore balance in the body, and promote a deeper sense of ease.
Each session is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals, whether you’re seeking targeted pain relief, stress reduction, or full-body relaxation. Treatments may range from clinical trigger point therapy and muscular rehabilitation to more nourishing, grounding approaches.
We also offer adjunct therapies such as cupping and gua sha when appropriate, to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing. While many sessions are focused on resolving specific physical issues, we also honor the healing power of therapeutic touch to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

We offer a range of massage styles tailored to your individual needs, including clinical trigger point therapy, medical massage, acupressure, and relaxation-focused sessions. Depending on your goals, your session may also incorporate techniques like cupping, gua sha, or Reiki to enhance healing.
Massage therapy can address a wide variety of issues, including muscle pain and tension, stress and anxiety, postural imbalances, sports injuries, headaches, and restricted range of motion. It also supports general wellness, relaxation, and improved sleep. See more from the Mayo Clinic.
Yes. Studies from the NIH show that massage is effective for stress reduction, muscle pain, and certain chronic conditions.
At this time, we do not accept insurance for massage therapy. You can always use your HSA or FSA card to pay for your treatments, including massage therapy.
Your massage therapist will begin with a brief intake to understand your health history, goals, and areas of concern. Your session will be customized to meet your specific needs, whether you’re seeking targeted treatment or full-body relaxation.
You should undress to your level of comfort. Many clients choose to undress partially or down to their underwear, depending on the focus of the massage. You’ll be properly draped at all times, and your therapist will communicate with you to ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the session.
