Yoga classes supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindful movement and breathwork. Regular yoga practice can improve flexibility, strength, posture, energy levels, and balance while also calming the nervous system, improving sleep, and reducing stress and pain. We invite you to join our yoga classes in Chicago to support your own health and that of your fellow students.

All levels are welcome! Classes are designed to meet you where you are.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer perinatal yoga, restorative yoga, and mindful vinyasa, designed to support stress relief, flexibility, and community wellbeing.

 Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels—from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our instructors offer modifications and support throughout each session so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.

 Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement—think breathable fabrics and stretchable material. Yoga is practiced barefoot, but feel free to bring socks or layers for relaxation at the end of class.

Yes! Our perinatal yoga class is designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy and into postpartum recovery. Whether you’re in your first trimester or preparing for birth, these classes focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you stay strong, comfortable, and connected to your body and baby. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

 Please enter the studio through the side door on 19th Street, not the main entrance on Racine Avenue. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. We do have a few extra mats available if you forget yours. All classes are $15 and suitable for all levels. While we recommend reserving your spot online, walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
